A little about me...

My name is Adam Stephens I have been involved In fitness my entire life. I have been in the CrossFit community for six years and it has been by far the most effective form of fitness that I have experienced. There are many reasons I choose to exercise and I want to help you make the choice as well, whether it is to improve your sport performance, reduce health risks or look and feel better in daily life.
