CrossFit can be adapted to meet your individual goals, helping to improve your overall physical/mental health regardless of age or size.
My goal is to educate, inspire and improve the community around me each and every day.

A little about me...

We love fitness and as coaches we inspire to motivate you to love it too! 
We have been coaching fitness classes for five years varying from yoga-Pilates - HIIT and now our absolute favorite CrossFit. We are so excited to be part of the Tri-Lakes coaching staff. We believe fitness is not a fad but a lifestyle. We want to share that lifestyle with you.

Tues: Regular Class @ 5:00am, 7:00am, 4:30pm, 6:00pm
Wed: Open Gym @ 5:00-6:30am, 4:00-6:00pm
Thur: Regular Class @ 5:00am, 7:00am, 4:30pm, 6:00pm
Fri: Regular Class @ 5:00am, 5:30pm /Open Gym @ 4:30-6:00pm
Sat: Regular Class @ 7:00am
Sun: Regular Class @ 6:00am
