5 rounds for time of:
20 wall-ball shots
10 deadlifts
No equipment:
5 rounds for time
20 “perfect” air squats
10 push-ups
10 lift something from ground to hip
* be creative: find something to practice your “deadlift”
movement pattern. Rocks,logs,jugs of water, sacks full of all that peanut butter you guys have stock piled, etc. Don’t worry about how heavy it is, focus on the movement.
