Shoulders and hips for correct overhead position

Strength:

Every :90 for 21 minutes

                1 Snatch Grip Deadlift, 1 Hang Squat Snatch, 1 Overhead Squat

 

                Metcon:  21-15-9  (Scale: 15-12-9 or weight 95/55)

                                  OH Squat 115/75
